• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase under our refund policy

All content on GenAlpha, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of GenAlpha or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal, educational purposes only.

When creating or sharing content on our platform, you must not:

• Post harmful, threatening, or abusive content
• Share content that infringes on others' rights
• Upload malicious software or code
• Engage in spam or unauthorized advertising
• Share false or misleading information

GenAlpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
